Conveniently situated 25 minutes from East Midlands Airport and well serviced by the motorways M1 - M42 - M69. Xchanger Services Ltd offer a total Heat exchanger service with a product range covering a wide scope of processes throughout all areas of industry.

Our principle activities include the Heat Exchanger Repair, Heat Exchanger Re-manufacture, Heat Exchanger Manufacture and Heat Exchanger Cleaning of all types of Heat exchangers both Industrial and Marine.

To meet customer requirements Xchanger Services Ltd maintains a high technical capability in the processes necessary to manufacture/repair the products. Each employee is either fully experienced or adequately trained in all aspects of their job.

CNC drilling and milling 2000mm x 1000mm.

In house cleaning tanks
CNC drilling 1680mm x 2600mm 3.8m x 1.2m x 1.5m
Vertical borer 1200mm Effluent treatment system
Centre lathes and radial drills Onsite chemical pumping systems
Hydraulic tube pulling equipment, up to 30 tonnes Coded welders to BSI & ASME standards
In house/onsite 24 hr emergency service Pressure testing to 10,000 PSI
Overhead craneage to 10 tonnes capacity  

PRODUCT SUPPORT
We provide a comprehensive product support for our manufactured products world wide, providing Surveys, Reports, Recommendations plus Repairs, Spares and Services including Removal and Installation.

We offer a full NDT service through close association with a NAMAS accredited laboratory.

We welcome Third Party Inspection and are fully conversant with the procedures required.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

MATERIALS
All materials used in the manufacture of our products have Mill Traceability.

Materials commonly used include, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Alloys, Titanium, Cupro-Nickel, Aluminium-Brass in a range of grades and qualities to suit customers requirements and applications.

External Surface Tubes feature extensively in our product range.

OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE, ON SITE, ON BOARD OFFSHORE AND IN WORKS ON A 24 HOUR BASIS.
