XcS is a partner of Kaloron, offering industrial solutions for heat recovery and air heating. The range includes economizers, heat recovery systems and air heaters, with designs adapted to the operating conditions and installation requirements of new and existing plants.

Economizers
Kaloron economizers recover waste heat from exhaust air, flue gases and process gas streams for reuse in applications such as air preheating and hot water production. Available for dry or condensing operation, each unit can be tailored through tube selection, materials and layout to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Heat Recovery Systems
Kaloron heat recovery systems transfer residual heat back into the process, reducing primary energy demand. Solutions include direct gas-to-gas heat exchangers and systems with an intermediate liquid loop, allowing heat recovery even when the heat source and consumer are located in different parts of a plant. Designs account for gas composition, temperature, fouling risk and cleaning requirements.

Air Heaters
Kaloron air heaters use water, steam or thermal oil to heat air for industrial processes, ventilation and drying applications. A choice of finned or plain tubes, materials and configurations allows each unit to match the required airflow, heating capacity and operating conditions. Options include multi-stage steam heating and condensate heat recovery to improve thermal efficiency.
